Refund Policy

This policy covers paid YardsCalculator Pro plans (Quick Bid, Supplier Order Portal, and Haul Log). All calculators on YardsCalculator.com are free and need no refund.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you're not happy with a new Pro subscription, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment and you'll get a full refund. No questions asked.

Renewals

Monthly plans renew automatically. If a renewal charges you by mistake, for example you meant to cancel, contact us within 7 days of the renewal and we will refund it as long as the plan hasn't been used since the renewal.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime from the link in your Paddle receipt email or the Billing page in the app. Cancelling stops future payments. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and that period is not refunded except as described above.

How to ask for a refund

Refunds are handled by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. You can:

Use the "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" link in your Paddle receipt email, or visit paddle.net to find your order, or
Contact us with the email address on your account, and we'll arrange it.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

Free early access

During early access, Pro tools are free and nothing is charged. You'll get an email before paid plans begin.
