Do my customers need an account?
No. They open the quote link or your order page, review it, and accept or request delivery. No app, no sign-up.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. Everything works in your phone's browser, including ticket photos in Haul Log. There's nothing to install.
Who sees my costs and markup?
Only you. Customers see the final prices on the quote, never your unit costs or margin.
Can I cancel?
Anytime, from the Billing page. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
